What is your return policy?
We have a 14 calendar day return or exchange policy with the exceptions of earrings and commissions. We cannot accept earring returns for hygiene purposes or commissions because of their bespoke nature. Deposits are non refundable.
Is everything done in-house?
We design and finish our pieces in Northern Ireland. We do all that we can ourselves but do require the expertise and services of other key people. We usually cast designs which is done at an ethical casting manufacturer in England. When all our pieces are nearly complete they go to the Assay office in Edinburgh to get a hallmark stamp. The Hallmark is a small stamp on the metal that certifies what metal type and carat it is.
I want to commission something how long might it take?
We give 4- 12 weeks estimated lead time for commission work.
I don't live in Northern Ireland is it still possible to commission a piece.
Yes, you do not need to meet me to commission a piece. We can discuss all options and costings through emailing or phone call so there is no real need to meet in person. I have done pieces for clients from all over the UK.
What deposit is required when commissioning a piece?
We charge a £100 design fee. Once the final design has been agreed 50% deposit is required before physical making can begin.
How can I find out mine and my partners ring size?
We can post out a simple ring sizer to you but would prefer if you are able to be sized by me and try on from metal sizers so that we can ensure you get the right fit. Alternatively you can go into you local jewellers and ask for them to size your fingers. Sizing changes dependant on the thickness of the band width so we recommend you try on the width you would like before going ahead to ensure sizes are appropriate for your finger. There is a separate post on ring sizing which we would recommend reading.
Can I commission without knowing my partners ring size?
Yes, however this is not recommended. We can only resize a ring up or down by 2 sizes. It is best if you can find out from family members or sneakily take a ring they wear on that finger and post it to us to size.
Can I include a personal message to go with the gift?
Yes you can, simply email us with your message and include the details of your order including the address you had requested the item to get sent to.
Are the gemstones certified?
We source all our stones through the same certified gemstone dealer each time to guarantee and assure you of their ethical sourcing. We do not produce certificates with all our diamonds.
