Make Your Own Silver Bangle with Mairi

Join me in my jewellery studio for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll design and make your own solid silver bangle.

This experience is about slowing down, working with your hands, and creating something meaningful — whether that’s for yourself or as a special gift for someone else.

No previous jewellery-making experience is required.

The Experience

During this workshop, you’ll be guided through the full process of making a silver bangle, working with traditional hand tools at the bench.

You’ll learn how to:

• Measure and size your bangle

• Form and shape solid sterling silver

• Solder your bangle

• File, sand and polish to a beautiful finish

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished silver bangle made entirely by you.

Each workshop is kept small and informal with up to 6 people, with plenty of one-to-one guidance throughout.

The class is at her home studio just outside Kilrea, unfortunately there is no public transport available. The class will last around 2.5 hours. If you have any mobility/ dexterity issues please make Mairi aware of this in advance of booking.
