Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against bespoke jewellery commissions, ready-to-wear pieces, or jewellery workshops with Mairi.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any remaining balance after partial use will be held as credit and must be used within the original validity period.
If the value of the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid in full at the time of booking or ordering.
Vouchers must be presented (digitally or physically) at the time of redemption.
Workshops (if voucher is used for a class)
Workshops must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Full voucher value will be applied at the time of booking.
A minimum notice period of 14 days is required to reschedule a workshop booking.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the voucher being forfeited.
In the unlikely event that Mairi needs to reschedule a workshop, an alternative date or full voucher credit will be offered.
Bespoke Jewellery
If using a voucher towards a bespoke piece, it will be deducted from the final balance.
Standard bespoke terms apply, including a non-refundable design fee where applicable.
Lead times vary depending on the project and will be confirmed during consultation.
General
Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
Vouchers are transferable but remain the responsibility of the purchaser/holder.
